Our onsite resources are dedicated to your project, are embedded directly in your team and engage with your team members under your direction and supervision.  Double-Helix is responsible for all compensation and provision of benefits, payments of taxes, and workers compensation for the resources we provide.

Our expert advisors will assess your specific needs, can mentor your team members, and work on a hourly basis, daily rate, monthly retainer, or project basis depending on the scope, scale, budget, and complexity of your project.

Our off-shore resources can scale on-demand to perform quality assurance of your product matched with on-site validation experts and test-planners.  We also can provide remote system administration and operations functions for your systems or infrastructure.  Our dedicated Double-Helix off-shore team is located in the university rich, planned city of Chandigarh, India.  The off-shore team can design your test strategy, write test cases, select the right software test automation tools, and reliably execute manual and automated testing of your desktop, web, or mobile application.

Affordable Care Act (ACA) Compliance

Double-Helix offers eligible employees, spouses, and dependents high quality ACA compliant health coverage through Anthem Blue Cross and Kaiser.  We also offer our employees the option of a Health Savings Account (HSA) when they select compatible High-Deductible plans.   Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for the Double-Helix plan.  Double-Helix helps your company meet IRS Section 4980H shared responsibility rules governing employers with more than 50 employees.
